We utilize Meta-approved WhatsApp Cloud APIs to dispatch these messages safely. We strictly process client phone numbers and names solely to transmit these specific business reminders on your behalf. We **never** sell, trade, or share your client contacts with third-party marketing companies, nor do we contact your clients directly for our own promotional campaigns.

To handle poor cell network coverage at remote wedding locations in Indian tier-2/3 cities, our platform utilizes safe local storage cache mechanics on your smartphone.

Local storage caches (including Zustand stores and IndexedDB files) hold offline billing state securely. Upon reconnecting to a cellular connection (3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi), this local state is securely synchronized to our centralized PostgreSQL database systems using encrypted HTTPS connections.

All active data transmission uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Your studio data, rate cards, and financial records are isolated logically at the database schema layer to ensure that another photographer on our system can never view your rates or schedules.

We deploy database instances on highly secure, enterprise-grade cloud providers. Regular automated backups are compiled to prevent database loss.
